Within 5 minutes of listening, Vishen was sharing personal anecdotes that not only woven perfectly into the lesson, but cut precisely to the root of a long-held issue of mine. I quite literally felt it in my body when he reframed the belief, changing it to “I solve problems with fun and ease.” For years I have dithered on committing to my Ikigai- my purpose. I’m an intuitive and transformational healer but with a fear block so deep I went back to college to avoid facing it! The lightness I feel in my solar plexus, and the visual of chains on my back falling away came so quickly as Vishen spoke it was almost dizzying. I know now that all the brules I was telling myself ("no one in my area wants healers/stone medicine“, “I’ll be ostracized”, “people don’t want to pay for what I do”, etc ”) were exactly that! Bull! I’ve loved Mindvalley for years, mostly for the rich meditations and spiritual/energy work courses (shout out to Jeffrey Allen!!!), but I see now that I avoided working on my money because it would mean having to transform and see sthe nonesense.
