I now know how to create systems that help me plan and prioritize my work, so I no longer feel paralyzed by the sheer number of ideas I have. Finally something can keep up with the pace of my thinking and at the same time enable me to take action, without quitting prematurely because I lacked skills or the progress was just too slow for my dopamine cravings.

I finally learned to leave my comfort zone and to ditch the diet mentality for a lifestyle change. I am now 19 lbs lighter, full of energy and no longer prediabetic. But best of all, I've achieved food freedom... true control over my choices.
