Rebuilt a self-running membership website after developers failed

Quick summary

After developers failed to fix her website, she rebuilt it herself using skills from Mindvalley Mastery. Now her holistic practitioner directory runs completely automated—from member registrations to event listings to festival ticket sales—whether she's online or off.

My project is a rebuild of a failed website. Developers were not fixing my issues. I rebuilt the website myself thanks to Mindvalley Mastery since May. It is a directory of holistic practitioners and their workshops/events. Website charges $150/yr for practitioners (members) can join and given a Member Dashboard. There they can add all their profile information and then add any events they want themselves all year long. Events are added by the members themselves and those are automatically added to an Events Listing page. The events on that page are fed through an RSS feed to a weekly email to my mail list. This website should be self-running whether I am on grid or off. My only input is choosing what events to post/promote on Facebook where I have 10k local followers.

Members can buy a month Spotlight for extra promoting. All purchases have automated email responses and confirmation. Spotlights are featured on the Home page with their events showing up...without my input.

I also have an annual Healing Connections Festival at a hotel. The website is set to auto receive purchases for exhibitor tables (one price for members, one price for non-members). Once purchase made, confirmation and form supplied to purchaser and that information is automatically added to the exhibitor listing page. Same with Festival Presenters and their details.

Website is also set up to sell the tickets to the festival with ticket confirmation.
