This Quest was a therapy: I learned to learn again
After losing her job and burning out from years of corporate leadership, she joined the Quest two weeks late—exhausted and lacking confidence. Through AI-powered interview prep and career reflection, she rebuilt her expertise, created working MVPs for senior roles, and rediscovered her ability to learn.
Before this Quest my life was… I had just lost my job and I was burned out of years and years of non stop corporate leadership roles. International travel, corporate politics, governance, pressure — I was exhausted. And I had lost my confidence, and it really got to me. I'm a Product Management and Marketing leaders.. I've built systems for — energy management, remote services, predictive and preventive maintenance. AI was within my products, we started to use it for development but not in my day-to-day, not to create products in a day, not to create strategy that hold and adapt quickly. I actually started this Quest two weeks late. I just didn't have it in me yet. Then I caught up with the rest of the group. I listen to recordings during my morning workout. Lots of yoga with Vyke :) After taking this Quest I feel…Confident again of my expertise and what I would bring to my next company. My lfie day to day. I reorganized everything — my finances, my budget, automated linkedin post adapted to the week as per which interviews I had that week. Automated my computer files clean up. Honestly? This QUEST WAS A THERAPY. Going back through my whole career and the conversation with AI as a thinking partner made me see what I've actually done, my strenght adapting all my interview with answers I could proof, adapt . I hadn't seen it clearly in a long time. The reason I enrolled in this Quest… Even using AI in my work, I felt behind, not confident— and I hated that feeling. What I was hoping to achieve/learn was… Land a new job. Then use AI in that role, lead AI transformation, and make good judgment calls with it — everywhere, not just at work. I want to be specific, because people underestimate this part. For my next role, I am not building an App. I'm using it on serious industrial and enterprise problems. And during my interview preparation, I did a full MVP of a data center cooling and energy efficiency systems — chiller plant, cooling tower, air handler, Data Center rack-level thermal — built on the exact constraints that company gave me. A complete strategy for battery management for utilities. A full product and interview strategy for AI image and video analytics for security. A product and go-to-market strategy for an electronics manufacturer. So no, this isn't a course about cute consumer apps. I used the weekly knowledge from our lessons to go after senior product leadership roles in heavy industry, energy and enterprise tech. And it delivered. Reasons why I recommend this Quest is… It goes deep. It goes wide. The community is great. And you practice , practice— I did my homework. I am still overwhelmed with the information but I will redo the lessons over and over again. But THE REAL reason: I LEARNED TO LEARNED AGAIN. That changed more than any single tool. Areas of my life in which I've noticed the biggest changes…My confidence first. Presenting myself, owning my experience. I can organize my thoughts. My output is amazing. My interviews prep is at a whole other level — full research, product strategy, working demos, all tailored. In less than a day. My top 3 takeaways or insights… Learning how to learn. Think, experiment, adjust, go again. That outlasts every tool. Build systems and connect the information. It's tying things together so it runs again without me. The biggest positive change(s) I've noticed…What this can do is unbelievable it is part of me. And because it was a trusted provider Mind Valley I also came back to the rest of my other quest from the past 10 years. My Six Phase Meditation, my Lifebook, my Budha and the bad ass book. It all feeds each other. And I've opened up: I'm genuinely excited about starting a new job, joining a startup now. Four months ago? No way. Thank you Mind Valley. I'm going to ace my next interview.
