65-year-old engineer with zero coding background built global peace project in 30 days using AI

Quick summary

A 65-year-old construction engineer with no coding experience used AI to build a complete global peace monument project in under 30 days—creating 23 professional deliverables including websites, financial models, and presentations that reached the President of Iceland.

ACHIEVEMENTS

In under 30 days, I used AI to build the complete project infrastructure for Circle of Unity — a global peace monument featuring stones gifted by 193 nations around an eternal flame, funded by a USD-pegged stablecoin (CCU).

23 deliverables created: 17-page illustrated project document, 32-page board-ready stakeholder pack, 15-slide investor deck (NotebookLM), stablecoin financial model (3 scenarios, BitGo/GENIUS Act framework), interactive outreach dashboard (68 contacts, 4 email templates), three React websites, original music, two AI podcast episodes, mind map, video manifesto, and a letter sent to the President of Iceland — who responded.

I am a 65-year-old construction engineer (B.Sc.Civ.Eng., MBA) with zero coding background. Every deliverable was co-created with AI.

TOOLS

Claude (Anthropic) — strategy, documents, code, financial modeling. NotebookLM (Google) — slide deck, mind map, audio podcasts. Lovable — three website deployments. Suno — original music. ElevenLabs — voice narration. HeyGen — video presentations. Python/Node.js — document engineering.

METHODOLOGY

Started from a handwritten sketch dated September 14, 2024. Used AI as an integrated team across 9 disciplines: diplomacy, engineering, Web3, nonprofit law, fundraising, logistics, creative direction, impact measurement, and cultural sensitivity. Every deliverable tested against real-world use — donor meetings, government conversations, UN-level presentations. Multi-tool orchestration across 10+ AI platforms produced compound results no single tool could achieve.

LEARNINGS

AI doesn't replace vision — it amplifies a lifetime of experience. 40 years of engineering discipline made me a better AI user because I knew what good output looked like. The biggest unlock: treating AI not as a tool but as a collaborator. The emotional test matters most — if the document moves the founder to tears, it will move the donor to action.
