A spouse built a custom AI assistant for a family home security business
CovProBot answers questions about a small home security company, trained on its own website content and kept strictly on topic.
This student took what they learned and pointed it straight at home: a small home security company run by their husband. They built CovProBot, an AI chatbot trained only on the business's own content, and then kept going with a multi-agent blog project. It is a clear picture of how a new skill can become something useful for the people closest to you.

Before
Their husband runs a small home security business called Covenant Protection. All the knowledge about the company lived on its website, waiting for visitors to dig through it. There was no assistant to answer questions on the business's behalf.

The turning point
During the program they turned to an AI chatbot builder, Landbot.io, connected to OpenAI. They gathered the content of the company website into a knowledge document they created behind the scenes. Then they fine-tuned and trained the bot so it would answer only questions about the business.
After
CovProBot now exists as a saved sandbox version, styled to match the company's colors and logo, ready to go live when they choose. And they did not stop there. They started a second project, a multi-agent system blog for the same business, built with CrewAI.
What it lets people do
CovProBot lets visitors ask questions about Covenant Protection and get answers drawn from the company's own content. Because it is trained to stay on topic and never mention competitors, it speaks for the business and only the business.
What they learned
They learned that the real work of a good chatbot happens behind the scenes, in the knowledge you give it and the limits you set. Careful training is what turns a general AI into a focused helper for one small business.
