Methodology:

Three Pillars from "The Karim Gallimore Creative Excellence Manifesto":

1. Extended Continuity Over Quick Cuts — AI tools generate 5-10 second clips. I orchestrate 40+ frames across multiple platforms to achieve 30-40 second continuous sequences. The camera commits to the moment.

2. Multi-Tool Orchestration Over Single-Tool Dependency — No single AI produces excellence. I ask: "What does my vision require, and which combination of tools achieves it?"

3. Human Debug Required — AI gets you to 70-80%. The human becomes debugger, director, quality control. This is where vibe-coders give up and craftspeople separate themselves.

The standard to strive for: Observers should not be able to distinguish whether work was made with AI or by traditional Hollywood production, until they learn the truth and are astonished. That's my version of the Turing test.

Learnings:

The constant cutting every 5 seconds IS the telltale AI signature.

Breaking that barrier required treating AI-generated frames like a cinematographer treats film stock, surplus material enabling selection for continuity.

AI artistry in my view is to lean into what vision demands and having the craft to bridge the gap between "working" and "excellent."

The work I create must make people say:

"Oh my God. That came from Karim. I need to pay him to make something like this, because he does it differently than everyone else. But I now know I can do it too."
