Went from needing to understand AI to applying it daily in banking

Hello, I’m a Project Manager / Product Owner in a digital bank in Switzerland. In my role, we’re pushing to use AI more and more in our daily work. I felt I needed to really understand it, not just hear about it. For me it was simple: either learn it and use it, or let the train pass. So I decided to jump in. The AI Mastery program was awesome and genuinely useful. The teachers were excellent, and the structure worked really well for me. I liked the flow: one lecture, then deeper practical lessons and detailed courses. The artifacts we had to deliver were very helpful because they forced real practice. It pushed me to apply things in the right direction, not just stay in theory. It was also motivating to follow the cohort through the year. Seeing others struggle with the same points, or being more advanced, helped me keep moving. Prompt by prompt, we keep leveling up. Good bye.
