I reduced decision time from an hour to 15 minutes by building an AI-assisted leadership system

Before AI Mastery, I was working inside an enterprise culture that was constantly reactive. We were capable and experienced but firefighting. That shift gave me the clarity and confidence to leave the enterprise environment and start my own business, building digital and AI transformation systems I now design and lead.
