Built a fully functioning AI-powered creative studio in weeks
From concept to launch, she built an AI-native creative studio with real products, automated systems, and paying clients—transforming AI from a tool into the operating system of a functioning business that ships deliverables daily.
I built MindSprout Studios as an AI-native creative studio designed to ship real deliverables—fast. The goal wasn’t to make a portfolio site; it was to build a functioning business: brand, offers, products, lead capture, automated distribution, and a repeatable delivery system.
I used AI as a strategist to define positioning, pricing, and an offer ladder (Launch System, Content Studio subscription, Custom GPTs & automations, and GPT Stack bundles). I then vibe-coded the full site in Replit (React/Tailwind) with rapid iteration loops—sketch → copy → layout → refactor—until it was production-ready, with Stripe payments and live product/service pages.
The differentiator is that I productized AI into reusable tools. I designed a modular ecosystem of Custom GPT “stack bundles” anchored by a Brand Snapshot foundation that standardizes inputs and produces execution-ready outputs (launch briefs, content plans, messaging systems, automation roadmaps, and nonprofit/grant narratives). These stacks are supported by user guides and integrated into my client delivery process.
To support growth, I implemented lead magnets and automated fulfillment: visitors request a free guide, email capture is handled via Replit, and delivery is automated via Resend—turning content into a working acquisition funnel. I also built an automated social content engine that generates and publishes daily posts, creating consistent distribution without manual effort.
MindSprout Studios is now validated through real client work and case-study builds across branding, web, music, and automation. AI isn’t a gimmick inside MindSprout—it’s the operating system that powers a real studio business.
