Built and launched a live SaaS product in 55 days with zero coding background

This is a capstone submission. It is deliberately short because the depth of my AI journey is contained in four separate category submissions, each with its own presentation, supporting documents, and in some cases a video walkthrough. I would respectfully ask the judges to review those submissions alongside this one, as they tell the full story.

VIBE-CODING BUILDER I built Circle by MoveInCircle, a live SaaS product, from idea to production in 55 days with zero coding background. I started by copy pasting code between ChatGPT, Replit, and Lovable. By the end, I was working in VS Code with Claude Code, managing two GitHub repositories, deploying on Railway, and generating PDF keepsake albums from a real backend. The product is live at moveincircle.com and app.moveincircle.com.

AI ENTREPRENEUR I took that same product and turned it into a real business with market research, pricing strategy, revenue projections, user testing, and a go to market plan targeting the Australian events market with 120,000+ weddings per year and 1.5 million addressable events.

TEAM EMPOWERMENT I transformed Blue Visby Solutions from Excel chaos to 8+ Airtable bases across 6 countries in 90 days. The results were measurable: 424 MT of fuel saved, $223K in bunker savings, and 1,349 MT of CO2 emissions avoided. I introduced Airtable, Gamma, and Wispr Flow to the team and created an AI implementation roadmap for the company.

WALKING THE TALK I documented how AI is embedded into every part of my daily life across 14+ platforms, spanning professional work, personal ventures, fitness, faith, family, and creative expression. I use ChatGPT, Claude, VS Code with Claude Code, Perplexity, Google Gemini, Google NotebookLM, Airtable, Gamma, Wispr Flow, Suno AI, n8n, CapCut, Lovable, and Replit. I did not adopt AI. I integrated it. There is a difference.

THE TRANSFORMATION

Seven months ago, I used ChatGPT the way most people do. Rewriting emails, clarifying things, replacing Google search, helping with WhatsApp messages. Basic stuff. I was happy with what it could do, but I was only scratching the surface.

Today, with the help of AI, I hold all of the roles listed above simultaneously. I built a live product with zero coding background. I transformed a global team's operations across six countries. I passed the GAICD using AI supported study through NotebookLM. I lost 13 kilograms with AI fitness planning. I created songs for my children using Suno AI. I rebuilt how I work and live from the ground up.

None of that would have been possible if AI was still just my email rewriter.

I am not claiming mastery. I do not think anyone truly master's something that is evolving this fast. What I can claim is a habit of learning, a willingness to build, and a commitment to keep going.

It is not about winning. It is about learning and continuing to learn and getting in the habit of learning. AI has become a passion of mine, and I look forward to continuing this journey. I am currently also enrolled in AO Accelerator and Social Media Mastery.
