Calm Mind: A Scientific Guide to Managing Anxiety and Depression

"I finally have the understanding and tools to communicate clearly around this topic"

Quick summary

After surviving a suicide attempt as a teenager, Izabella discovered tools to reconstruct toxic thought patterns into healthy ones. Through daily practice, they now feel empowered to rebuild their entire story into one that supports their journey forward.

I did have some beliefs around how the mind works, and was questioning the mainstream science a lot, as many if the diagnostics and treatments applied were very disturbing from an engineering point of view and seemed to be ungrounded. Now thanks to this quest I finally have the understanding and tools to communicate clearly around this topic. I come from a family of mental health history that scared me so much when I was a teenager that I would have rather commit suicide than get to that point where they've been. I've survived one attempt and a complete paralysis during those years, and choose to believe that if that's the case maybe I have something better to do with this life. Now I understand that that choice was a thought reconstruction from the toxic version to the healthy one. Doing the neurocycle program daily I've already discovered some remnant thoughts from that period and feel empowered to rebuild my whole (hi)story into a version that supports me in every step on the way.
