I believe that we are all leaders and that inner leadership is a life skill which lies at the core of our being.
The world needs leaders who masters this vital skill, as it allows for better relations with yourself – your loved ones and the people you work with – and for creating the change in the world that matters most to you.
Twice, I had to disrupt the life I was living. I was very successful in what I did, but my success left me unfulfilled.
I am happy that I found the courage to course correct, as it led me to re-connect with the agenda of my soul.
