Gelong Thubten is a UK-based Buddhist monk, meditation teacher, and best-selling author of A Monk’s Guide to Happiness. With over 26 years of monastic experience, including six years in intensive meditation retreats, Thubten has become one of the UK’s most influential mindfulness instructors. He has trained global leaders and actors like Benedict Cumberbatch, lectured at Oxford and the UN, and taught meditation at schools, hospitals, and corporations like Google. His teachings focus on compassion and forgiveness, empowering individuals to live more mindful and connected lives.
