…Lifebook may have saved my marriage!! And now, I look with joy and optimism towards the future, the beautiful life that my husband and I get the chance to re-build thanks to Lifebook. And this is not all: I have already implemented strategies to improve my health & fitness (lose weight and build muscle, get back into my pre-pregnancy shape, both for my sake and my husband's sake ), my emotional life (becoming conscious that I have thin skin and I get easily offended by certain remarks), my character (building self-discipline thru daily physical exercise, daily healthy diet & intermittent fasting, digital sunset and being present around my kids) and even my career- I now know, beyond any doubt, that the decision to start a new career is the right one.
